Abstract

ວັດທະນະທໍາເປັນພື້ນຖານຄຸນຄ່າທາງດ້ານຈິດໃຈຂອງມວນມະນຸດ ແລະ ເປັນໝາກຜົນຂອງການອອກແຮງງານປະດິດສ້າງທີ່ມີເອກະລັກຂອງແຕ່ລະຊາດ. ການປ່ຽນແປງໃໝ່ໃນຂົງເຂດວັດທະນະທໍາຢູ່ ສປປ ລາວ ແມ່ນຂະບວນວິວັດທີ່ຢູ່ພາຍໃຕ້ການນໍາພາຂອງພັກ ແລະ ການຄຸ້ມຄອງຂອງລັດ ເຊິ່ງໄດ້ເປີດກວ້າງການເຊື່ອມໂຍງລະ ຫວ່າງວັດທະນະທໍາຂອງຊາດ, ຂອງເຜົ່າກັບວັດທະນະທໍາສາກົນ. ບົດຄວາມນີ້ສຶກສາຂະບວນວິວັດ, ຜົນສຳເລັດ ແລະ ຂໍ້ຈຳກັດຂອງການຈັດຕັ້ງປະຕິບັດພາລະກິດປ່ຽນແປງໃໝ່ໃນຂົງເຂດວັດທະນະທໍາ ນັບແຕ່ມີການປ່ຽແປງ   ໃ ໝ່ເປັນ ຕົ້ນມາ, ພ້ອມທັງສະເໜີແນວທາງໃນການແກ້ໄຂຂໍ້ຈຳກັດ ເພື່ອເຮັດໃຫ້ວຽກງານວັດທະນະທໍາມີປະສິດທິຜົນ, ປະກອບສ່ວນເຂົ້າໃນການພັດທະນາຄົນລາວ ແລະ ສັງຄົມ
ລາວໃຫ້ກ້າວໜ້າຕາມທິດສັງຄົມນິຍົມຢ່າງໜັກແໜ້ນ.


Abstract
Culture is the foundation of human spiritual values and the unique creative output of each nation. The innovation in the cultural sector in the Lao PDR is a process under the leadership of the 

Party and the management of the State, which has broadened the integration of national and ethnic cultures with international culture. This article examines the process, achievements, and limitations of implementing the innovation mission in the cultural sector since its inception. It also proposes solutions to address these limitations to enhance the effectiveness of cultural work, contributing to the development of the Lao people and society towards socialism with firm progress.
